From not having complete papers and asking police men to detain them, and waste the time of their passengers, and operatinf with faulty vehicles, abandoning passengers in the middle of the bush.
Passengers also spoke about the nonchalant attitude of the people behind the customer service numbers printed on their receipts, from most numbers not going through, to some not pocket, while those that picks are hostile and lacks proper etiquette.
